Everyone's lifestyle is different in some way. Athletes devote a part of their lifestyle to the sport of their choosing, students devote part of their lifestyle to working hard to make a certain grade, and some may take on a certain lifestyle in regards to their eating habits.

When one hears the word 'vegetarian,' they might conjure up images of people who only eat salad and tofu, and never splurge for yummy cake or juicy cheeseburgers.

The following is a list of the many types of vegetarians.

Vegan - According to Veggievistors.com, this diet excludes any type of animal-derived ingredients, which include meats, eggs and dairy products. "Raw Vegans" only consume unprocessed vegan foods. Vegan diets can include beans, vegetables, fruits, and grains. Vegan versions on food can be found, such as vegan burgers and vegan ice cream.

Lacto-Vegetarian - According to Buzzle.com , this diet excludes any type of animal meat and eggs, but includes other dairy products, such as milk, cheese and butter.

Lacto-ovo-Vegetarian - According to Veggievistors.com, this diet excludes animal meat of any type, but includes eggs and dairy products.

Fruitarian - According to DietsinReview.com, 75 percent of this diet is made up of the consumption of raw fruits. The fruitarian diet means that the person can only eat fruits, nuts, seeds and any other item that comes from a plant, as long as the plant itself is not harmed in the gathering process.

Flexitarian - According to medicinenet.com, flexitarians mainly consume a vegetarian diet, but will occasionally consume animal meat products.

Pescatarian - According to Pescetarianlife.com, this diet excludes any animal meat except those in the fish family, such as mollusks and crustaceans. People who follow the Pescatarian diet are able to choose whether or not they would like eggs or dairy to be present in their diet.

Pollo-Vegetarians - According to Suite101.com, this diet excludes the consumption of red meat and pork, but allows the consumption of poultry, eggs and dairy products.
