The budget for the 2009-10 school year has the required funds for athletics to start four new sports programs. The Athletic Department is looking to hire coaches for men's and women's tennis, women's volleyball and men's golf this fall. As the 2009 spring semester was coming to an end, the new Chief of Police, Anthony Martin, was just beginning his duties at PUC. Martin has been in law enforcement for 38 years. Over $9,500 total funds were raised out of a goal of $10,000 at the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event held at Lake County Fairgrounds.
