MERRILLVILLE Jill Long Thompson (D) verbally attacked Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels (R) continuously in the first of three gubernatorial debates. Her attacks forced the incumbent to defend his record on job losses and the privatization of Indiana assets.

After flood, students get hands dirty
