Student dies in three-car wreck
Informal memorial scheduled for PR major Stephen Hough
PUC student Stephen Hough died after his car was struck in a three-car wreck in Merrillville Tuesday.
The 26-year-old's 1996 Chevy Blazer collided with a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling west that reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 101st Avenue and Randolph Street, the Merrillville police stated in a press release.…

Salary study prompts faculty raises
Peggy Gerard, vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, announced in a memorandum April 3 that 111 faculty members will receive raises as part of a "special market adjustment" plan.
