Former graduate student sues faculty members
Jeffrey Ford, a former PUC graduate student, is suing four faculty members for alleged discrimination charges spanning since 2003.

Students, staff celebrate first student convocation
At least 1200 students attended PUC's first student convocation Thursday. The convocation consisted of 36 student organizations and food vendors set-up between SUL and Gyte. Students were offered free hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos, fudge puppies and shaved ice among many other foods.…

A place for non-traditional students
The Non-Traditional Student Organization, the first organization at PUC to specifically promote the educational success of non-traditional students, officially started in June.
A student is considered non-traditional if: they work an excess of 20 hours attend college while raising a family, they haven't attended college in at least five years after high school and they are a military veteran.…

Improvements made for AQIP
The Higher Learning Commission's Academic Quality Improvement Program awarded PUC a collective "thumbs up" on June 29 after seven years of continuous evaluation. AQIP cited PUC's highly involved faculty and student population on a largely commuter campus as a primary reason why PUC was fully approved.…
