In the year 2005, I had an experience that changed my life. That experience was discovering a rock band from Bloomington, Indiana called Murder by Death. The first album I heard from them was Who Will Survive And What Will Be Left Of Them, which is one of my favorite albums of all time.

As part of the first-year experience, this competitive activity between two mentor groups is called "Blind Alley."
